Find Your Voice

A creative confidence program for people who have something to say — even when saying it out loud feels complicated.

You probably don’t need someone to tell you to “just be more confident”.

If that worked, you would have done it already.

Confidence is usually built through experience.

Saying something and discovering the room doesn’t collapse.

Sharing something you’ve made and surviving the vulnerability.

Walking into a space where you don’t know anyone.

Trying again after your voice shakes.

Find Your Voice creates somewhere to practise those moments gradually.

See how the program works

You don’t need a new personality.

This isn’t about turning introverts into extroverts.

Or teaching you to perform confidence.

We’ll explore the situations where you tend to shrink, hesitate, overthink or disappear — and gradually create opportunities to respond differently.

You might want to:

  • speak up more at work
  • share creative work
  • feel more comfortable socially
  • introduce yourself without panic
  • tell stories
  • participate in community
  • present
  • perform
  • stop dismissing your ideas before anyone else hears them

What we’ll explore

Find Your Voice moves through six areas, building gradually from reflection to practice.

1. Your Voice

What do you actually want to say? We start by exploring what matters to you, what you’re carrying and what you’d like to be able to express.

2. The Inner Editor

Recognising the thoughts that make us delete ourselves before anyone else gets the chance to hear us. Where does that voice come from, and what does it cost us?

3. Expression

Finding different ways to communicate ideas through writing, storytelling and conversation. Not everyone speaks best out loud first.

4. Being Seen

Practising small experiences of attention and visibility — in a space that is designed to feel safe enough to try.

5. Speaking

Practical tools for nerves, preparation, storytelling and communicating when other humans are looking at you. No power poses. No pretending nerves don’t exist.

6. Taking Your Voice With You

Identifying real-life situations where you want to participate differently — and leaving with something concrete to move towards.

Find Your Voice is a creative and practical program. It is not a therapeutic or clinical program and does not treat anxiety or mental illness.

Small steps count.

Nobody needs to perform a poem on day one.

For one person, progress might be introducing themselves without rehearsing it seventeen times.

For another, it might be contributing in a meeting.

For someone else, it might eventually be standing behind a microphone.

We work from your starting point.

Who is it for?

Find Your Voice is for adults who want to feel more comfortable expressing themselves, speaking, sharing their ideas or participating — in work, creative, social or community settings.

You don’t need to have a specific goal. You don’t need to want to become a public speaker. You just need to have a sense that there are things you’d like to say, share or do — and that something is getting in the way.

The program welcomes people of all backgrounds, communication styles and experience levels. It is designed to be inclusive and to recognise that confidence looks different for different people.
