Can I cancel and get a refund?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with our workshops. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right. We would be happy to issue a refund for any future workshops.
Do I have to perform?
No, there is never any pressure to perform, your work is sacred to you and we will respect if you don't want to share.
What is Draw Your (S)words?
Draw Your (S)words is more than just a monthly spoken word event. It is a place where we proudly offer a platform for all to share their stories, connect in a safe space and feel included. It is more of a family.
Is your workshop content accessible?
Yes, we believe accessibility and inclusion should be the bare minimum. Our content is designed by and for neurodivergent folks. And all DYS events are held in wheelchair accessible spaces.
What will I need to attend a workshop?
An open mind, something to write with/on and your willingness to brave the vulnerability poetry offers.
